1. Where is Mhenga located?

We are located at:
Moi Avenue, HH Towers, Second Floor, Shop S07, Nairobi, Kenya.


2. Do you offer delivery?

Yes ✅ We deliver countrywide across Kenya.

  • Nairobi & surrounding areas: 1–2 business days.

  • Other towns: 2–4 business days.

  • Remote areas: 3–5 business days (depending on courier availability).


3. How much is delivery?

  • Nairobi deliveries start from Ksh 250.

  • Upcountry deliveries start from Ksh 350–500 depending on the location and courier service.
    Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.


4. Can I pick up my order in-store?

Yes! You can collect your order from our shop at:
Moi Avenue, HH Towers, Second Floor, Shop S07, Nairobi.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • M-Pesa (till/paybill as provided at checkout)

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Cash on delivery (Nairobi only)


6. What is your return policy?

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement is not available.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


7. What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours via support@mhenga.com or +254 112 862433.

  • Send photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.


8. Do you sell genuine products?

Yes ✅ All our products are carefully sourced and quality-checked before shipping.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking details (if available). You can also contact us directly for updates.


10. Do you ship outside Kenya?

At the moment, we only deliver within Kenya. International shipping is not yet available.
